I {Heart} Colorado

We all arrived in Bayfield, Colorado {right outside Durango} on Sunday afternoon. My husband's Aunt and Uncle bought a vacation home last year...they were so kind to let us come and stay in their lovely home. We will be here for a week and the weather is awesome!! This year we brought Tristan with us and he is loving the mountains, rivers, and rocks to hide behind.

We had fun going to the lake, finding a river, going to Durango, and spending time together as a family!

Here is our rafting trip down the river in Durango, CO. We had so much fun and Tristan loved it! He wanted more rapids...we will have to do that on our next trip!

We went horseback riding in the mountains and had so much fun! We went up trails that we could not do walking and could see far away. It was so peaceful in the mountains. When we come back we will definitely go horseback riding again!

{after an amazing 8 days here in Colorado i think we want to move here. there is so much to do in the summer & winter. when we get back to Texas we are going to search for jobs in CO}
